Top Ten Reasons

Yesterday and the day before, My *get up and go* just *got up and went.* I know, I know - Not every day has to be my best day. But I didn't quit. And today's a rest day. ;-)

I like CrossFit because...
10. One day out of every four is a rest day. :-D
9. No mindless hours of cardio.
8. Different things to do almost every day.
7. Accomplishing *anything* feels great.
6. People (even online) are *SO* supportive!
5. I don't have to be a member of a gym and treated like... well, you know.
4. I feel so much better, all the time!
3. I move more easily and confidently and can do more.
2. I don't look like such a dipstick just trying to do something simple, like get out of a chair. ;-p
1. It's fun!
Maybe the best thing about CrossFit is that as I keep doing it my life keeps getting better in many different ways. What a wonderful investment of a little time. Beats television!

You're so lucky to be able to train at a real affiliate! I can't wait to be in a city with a CrossFit affiliate!

Theresa - yes, it helps so much. There are actually 3 affiliates here, but this one is the closest. I didn't get to go this past Saturday but will keep you posted on my experience there.
