Finally started back. Got lots of sleep last night and had a the evening free. Feels GREAT! Gotta go plan the rest of the week.

Since I'm pretty old and fat I figure pushing myself on minutes *out there* is good (anything as opposed to nothing or not much) and strive to meet and increase my minutes of exercise goal each month.
